1. Plan, manage and coordinate project implementation
   
2. Manage matters related to administration, financial and human resources
   
3. Prepares the budget and monitor the financial process that comply financial procedure in eProcurement Unit
   
4. Coordinate, monitor and implement (testing) ongoing eProcurement system
   

POLICY

1. Monitor the existence, development and maintenance of eProcurement system
   
2. Consult CDC about procurement policy and government financial management
   
3. Help in giving feedback / input in audit aspect
   
4. Help in giving feedback / input in financial aspect
   
5. Perform the financial and accounting tasks commanded from time to time
   

TECHNICAL

1. Ensure the transfer of technology is implemented perfectly
   
2. Develop, test and ensure the quality of the system
   
3. Develop, operate and maintain data center and disaster recovery center
   
4. Ensure the security of system's data and eProcurement transactions
   

IMPLEMENTATION

1. Manage training, guidance and exposure to the consumer government and supplier
   
2. Ensure system implementation at the entire government agency
   
3. Coordinate and manage changes in the implementation of procurement process electronically
   
4. Coordinate Rollout activity for Ministry / agency under eProcurement system implementation
