OBJECTIVE


  1. eProcurement will automate, reengineer and transform the existing procurement system into a world-class procurement system
  2. eProcurement will contribute to operational cost savings in the procurement process
  3. eProcurement will reduce the turnaround time of procurement process
  4. eProcurement will ensure best values for government procurement by creating Government as Smart Buyer
  5. eProcurement will ensure accountability and transparency in all Government procurement


FUNCTION


  1. Monitoring the existence, development and maintenance of eProcurement system
  2. Planning to manage and coordinate the project's implementation
  3. Developing, testing and ensuring the quality of the system
  4. Ensuring implementation of system at all Government agencies
  5. Managing training, guidance and awareness to all users
  6. Developing, operating and maintaining data center and Disaster Recovery Center (DRC)
  7. Coordinating and managing change in the implementation of procurement process electronically
  8. Ensuring the transfer of technology is implemented thoroughly
  9. Ensuring the security of system's data and eProcurement transactions
