CLIENT CHARTER


  1. Provide efficient and effective advisory service in respect of the eProcurement system implementation and development
  2. Provide priority and hospitality to the client which fit to the public service ethics
  3. Checking, approving and accepting deliverables from CDCSB in 14 days
  4. Take actions for those things not deliverable within 14 days
  5. Provide advisory service that related to the system implementation within 14 days
  6. Give respond on any complaint received related to the system within 3 days
  7. Ensure CDC maintains the eProcurement system failure which have been identified within 14 days
  8. Assist Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDCSB) in giving 24 hours service to the client
